THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Director of Product Management, Pricing Solutions, you will be a key player in driving the creation and delivery of tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will be a strategic thinker who has a customer-centric mindset and proven ability to align clients’ needs with our capabilities.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will be part of our Dev Ops Team, based in our Tampa office, and will be reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Your superior analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication abilities, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of client projects and overall team performance.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Build and manage product vision, strategy, and technology lifecycle after gathering an understanding of internal and external client/user needs
- Interact and build successful relationships with clients to understand their needs and to promote new products
- Manage product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development through coordination across departments to successfully releasing products on time and within budget
- Lead and manage team of associates supporting our products and clients, provide team goals and expectations
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and other stakeholders to build and maintain strategic roadmap for products and features
- Analyze, evaluate and report on product status and obstacles to stakeholders
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements and milestones
- Identify opportunities for new value-added features within products to keep the product relevant for our clients by integrating market knowledge, conducting research, trend assessments, user testing, and other analyses
- Identify shortcomings and devise solutions to meet requirements
- Assist with database architecture, product design, wire framing, UAT, and rollouts to clients
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- product and project management experience
- Ability to define software product scope, goals, deliverables and timelines
- Understand restaurant pricing workflows, analysis and trends
- Experience working effectively with both internal and external clients
- Understanding of the software development process
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and decision-making skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL and database architecture experience
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or analytics or a related field
- Master’s degree business, marketing or a related field
